 Implant Lift    
This semiconductor lift is configures to handle numerous components as part of a preventative maintenance or failure based support system for a manufacturer of Implant process tools.  Components handled include, but are not limited to, source bushings, pumps, valves, motors, abd vacuum elevators.
 
 Ergo Lift II    
The ergo lift is a multi-purpose lift specifically designed for handling components in a semiconductor environment.  An articulated arm and telescoping mast allows insertion into tight confines at extended heights.  A dual wheel powered drive provides a powered drive via a tether control pendant.  Components handled include, but are not
 
limited to, pumps. gate valves, power supplies, source bushings, and accel tubes.
 
 Semi-Lift®    
The Semi-Lift is a multi-purpose universal hoist specifically designed for handling components in a semiconductor environment.  An articulated arm allows insertion into tight confines and serves as an attachment point for component specific end-effectors.  Powered telescoping outriggers, a
telescoping mast, a powered drive assist, and numerous safety features serve to complete the system.  The Semi Lift provides a single lifting solution for over 60 components in both 200m and 300m operations.  Components handled include, but are not limited to, robots, pumps, gate valves, platens, and acid tanks from a variety of manufacturers.  Contact Alum-A-Lift for a full list of current solutions.
