This end-effector
may be attached to a multi-purpose lift to grip
platens used in photoresist strip equipment.
Individual grippers serve to encapsulate the
platen while a hand when is used to rotate the
platen for extraction, The end-effector
can also pivot to allow additional freedom while
engaging the platen. |
